Terms of Use

1.1. By accessing the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally competent to agree to these Terms. You agree to comply with these Terms, all applicable laws, including Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL, Law No. 151 of 2020), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU users, and applicable U.S. laws (e.g., California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents). You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

1.2. You agree to:

• Maintain a single user account with accurate, complete, and recent information
• Not cause harm to other users, third parties, or Urca
• Comply with these Terms and not violate intellectual property or privacy rights
• Allow processing of your personal data as per the Privacy Notice

1.3. You will not use the Website for unlawful purposes, post false or harmful content, transmit viruses or other disabling devices, or use data mining or similar data-gathering tools that could interfere with the Website's operation. You must not attempt unauthorized access through hacking or other illegal means.

1.4. If provided with a username or password, you must keep it confidential and not share it. You are responsible for all activities under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at info@Urca.com.

1.5. We may disable your account or restrict access if you violate these Terms or if we deem it in our best interests.

2.1. The Website's content, including text, images, videos, and software, is owned by Urca, its licensors, or other providers and is protected by Egyptian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2.2. Urca's trademarks, logos, and service marks are registered and may not be used without written permission.

2.3. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to download Materials for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Materials without permission.

2.4. This license terminates if you violate these restrictions. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded Materials.

2.5. If you notice a violation of Urca's intellectual property on third-party websites, please report it to info@Urca.com.

2.6. User-submitted content remains your property, but you grant Urca a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute it. You warrant that you own or control the rights to your contributions.

2.7. Urca may remove user submissions that violate these Terms, including infringing, unlawful, or inappropriate content, and may terminate repeat infringers' access.

3.1. We may take action against user submissions that violate these Terms, infringe rights, or pose risks to users or Urca. We may pursue legal action or refer matters to law enforcement for illegal use.

3.2. We may cooperate with law enforcement or court orders to disclose user information. You waive and hold Urca harmless from claims arising from such actions.

3.3. We cannot review all content before posting and assume no liability for user or third-party content.

4.1. By submitting CVs, contact forms, or other Materials through the Website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Authorize Urca to store and process your personal data for recruitment or related purposes, in accordance with PDPL and GDPR
• Allow us to contact you regarding employment opportunities or service inquiries

4.2. You may request deletion of your submitted data at any time by contacting info@Urca.com.

4.3. Urca is not obligated to review or respond to unsolicited submissions or proposals.

5.1. The Website is provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Urca does not warrant that the Website is secure, error-free, or free of viruses.

5.2. You are responsible for implementing anti-virus protection and maintaining data backups. Urca is not liable for losses caused by viruses or other harmful material.

5.3. Urca is not responsible for third-party websites or downloadable Materials linked from the Website.

5.4. Information you submit is considered non-confidential unless specified otherwise. Do not submit sensitive data (e.g., racial origins, health, or political opinions) unless necessary, and you consent to its processing for stated purposes.

6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urca and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website, including loss of data, profits, or business, even if advised of such damages.

6.2. Urca's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the Website.

6.3. This limitation does not affect liabilities that cannot be excluded under Egyptian law, GDPR, or other applicable laws.

7.1. Before initiating a dispute, you must submit complaints in writing to info@Urca.com. If unresolved within 60 days, you may pursue mediation through the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).

7.2. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved in the Economic Courts of Cairo, Egypt, for commercial matters or Administrative Courts for regulatory issues, unless otherwise required by GDPR for EU users or CCPA for California residents.

7.3. For EU users, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your EU Member State. For California residents, small claims court may be an option under CCPA.

8.1. The Website may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. Urca is not responsible for their content or accuracy, and accessing them is at your own risk.

9.1. Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice, incorporated herein by reference.

9.2. Urca may disclose information to comply with governmental requests, subpoenas, or court orders.

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the Economic Courts of Cairo, Egypt, for commercial matters or Administrative Courts for regulatory issues, unless otherwise required by GDPR for EU users or CCPA for California residents.

10.2. The Egyptian courts (e.g., Economic Courts for commercial disputes or Administrative Courts for regulatory issues) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, as translated: المحاكم المصرية (مثل المحاكم الاقتصادية للنزاعات التجارية أو المحاكم الإدارية للقضايا التنظيمية).

11.1. You agree to indemnify and hold Urca, its affiliates, and representatives harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12.1. We strive to keep the Website available but are not liable for interruptions or unavailability. You are responsible for obtaining access and any associated third-party fees.

13.1. No waiver of any Term shall be deemed a continuing waiver. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

14.1. Urca may modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15.1. These Terms and the Privacy Notice constitute the entire agreement between you and Urca regarding the Website, superseding all prior agreements.
